Germany and South Africa, 22nd September – Hahnair and Glyde Payments have introduced HR-PAY Plus, a virtual Mastercard designed exclusively for IATA-accredited travel agencies in South Africa.
The new payment solution enables travel agencies to pay domestic and international travel suppliers through a secure, fully virtual payment solution while benefiting from financial rewards and simplified payment processes. Agencies can create virtual cards within seconds, tailor them to specific payment requirements, and make unlimited cross-border payments without cross-border mark-ups or foreign exchange fees.
A key benefit of HR-PAY Plus is its built-in rewards programme. Participating agencies receive a total rebate of 1% on travel-related transactions, consisting of a 0.5% client rebate paid directly by Glyde into the agency's Glyde bank account and a 0.5% loyalty incentive provided by Hahnair. This loyalty incentive will be paid to the agency's HR-PAY Global account, the Hahnair-issued UATP card. In addition, agencies earn 3% annual interest on positive Glyde bank account balances.
