The object of the company is the acquisition, holding and administration of shareholdings in other companies, including the acquisition of holding functions for companies in the fields of travel services, services in aviation and tourism, marketing, catering, leisure activities and for companies of the same or similar type; furthermore, the shareholding of companies in the fields mentioned above, as personally liable and managing partner.

Data is captured, processed and used in order to fulfil the above-stated purposes.

5. Intended transfer of data to third countries

Data transfers to third countries are carried out to fulfill the purposes mentioned in section 4 and are in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Personal data is only transmitted to third countries to meet communication requirements stipulated in law and international agreements or other exceptional circumstances foreseen by the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This includes international cooperation with foreign and international business partners and subsidiaries.
