Terms and Conditions of Participation 'Doughnut Drop' – chance to win one of three ACM voucher each worth 500 EUR
Preface
Hahn Air Lines GmbH (“Hahnair”) is organising the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative from 16 September to 27 September 2026 6pm CET IATA travel agents may participate and have the chance to win an ACM voucher worth 500 EUR subject to these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
3 winning agents will be selected by a lucky draw from all eligible participants who meet the criteria described in these Terms and Conditions during the promotional period.
I. Organiser
The 'Doughnut Drop' initiative is organised by Hahn Air Lines GmbH, An der Trift 65, D-63303 Dreieich, Germany (Hereinafter: Hahnair).
Hahnair is the recipient of all information and messages that will be provided. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to Hahnair through ccm@hahnair.com.
II. Participation
The 'Doughnut Drop' initiative and the participation in it are subject to the present Terms and Conditions of Participation. By participating in the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative, the participant acknowledges and accepts the Terms and Conditions of Participation and that these are binding.
The competition is open to employees of travel agencies who confirm that the owner of the agency has granted permission to participate and accepted the Terms and Conditions. The competition is open only to travel agencies based in countries where participation in this online competition and lucky draw is considered legal.
Participants declare that their participation does not violate the laws of their country. If a travel agency operates in a country where participation is considered illegal under local law, its employees may not participate in the draw. Only employees of eligible travel agencies who are of legal age may participate in the drawing.
Participants who attempt to manipulate or interfere with the initiative in any way, or who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Participation will immediately be excluded from participating in the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative. Once a participant has submitted their personal data for registration by clicking the ‘submit’ button on the website, they automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
III. Duration, suspension and termination
The period of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative is from 16 September to 27 September 2026 CET. After the end of this period, you can no longer participate in the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative. The winner(s) will be determined by drawing of all eligible participants after the end of the promotional period.
Hahnair reserves the right to change or to amend the Terms and Conditions of Participation at any time for justified reasons, in particular to comply with legal requirements or to ensure the proper implementation of the “Doughnut Drop'' initiative. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner in advance. Amendments shall not adversely affect entries already validly submitted.
If any rule or regulation of the Terms and Conditions of Participation should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected.
Hahnair reserves the right to end or to suspend the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative at any time for important reasons, in particular, but not limited to, any circumstances that are disrupting or preventing the proper implementation or scheduled end of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative. Where reasonably possible, entries already submitted will be taken into account; otherwise participants will be informed appropriately.
IV. Winners, prizes, no entitlement to win, announcing the winner
There are 3 winning agents and prize(s) in the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative. The winner will be notified via email with details of the prize and instructions on how to redeem the voucher. The prize is intended to benefit all employees of the travel agency to which the winner belongs. Hahnair suggests spending the amount on an office get-together.
There is no entitlement to win. The prize(s) cannot be transferred to third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
The winner(s) of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative will be determined by a draw from all eligible participants after 27 september 2026 at the head office of Hahn Air Lines GmbH, An der Trift 65, 63303 Dreieich, Germany, unless stated otherwise.
The winner(s) will be notified using the contact details provided. If a winner does not respond within 10 calendar days after notification (or after 2 contact attempts), Hahnair reserves the right to select a replacement winner by another random draw. Hahnair may announce the winners by publishing the name of the winning travel agency in Hahnair’s newsletter and on Hahnair’s website and social media channels.
The name of an individual participant will be published only with the winner’s prior, separate consent. The winning participant will be notified about further details regarding the prize(s) after the lucky draw.
V. Data Protection
Within the context of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative participation is voluntary. You are aware, however, that participation requires the provision of certain personal information. Information given within the context of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative will be treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection provisions.
The data will be collected by Hahnair in connection with the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative and processed and used only for this purpose. The data collected in the context of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative will serve exclusively for administering and executing the initiative, in particular for verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, and identifying and notifying the participants and winners, and will not be exploited for any unrelated purpose. Hahnair may use technical service providers to operate the website and any embedded application used for the participation process. Such service providers process personal data on Hahnair’s behalf and under Hahnair’s instructions. Data will not be shared with third parties for their own independent purposes, unless required by law.

The data collected by the organiser within the framework of the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative will only be stored until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled. Retention: Data of non-winning participants will be deleted within 3 months after the draw has been completed. Winner data will be retained for up to 3 months after the draw.
Where retention periods stipulated by commercial and tax laws are to be observed, relevant records may be stored for the legally required period and will be deleted thereafter. Where processing is based on consent, you may revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to ccm@hahnair.com.
The lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal remains unaffected. Please note that if you withdraw consent that is necessary for participation, your participation in the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative ends automatically.
VI. Limitations of liability
Hahnair is not liable for any damages unless such damages result from fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Hahnair, or fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct of one of Hahnair’s officers, agents, service partners or employees, or for damages to life, limb or health which were caused by negligence of Hahnair or a negligent or wilful misconduct of one of Hahnair’s officers, agents, service partners or employees.
In case of slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, Hahnair’s liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Hahnair shall be released from all obligations once the prizes have been handed over.
VII. Disclaimer, miscellaneous
The 'Doughnut Drop' initiative and the Terms and Conditions of Participation are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exclusion of the rules and regulations of Private International Law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of fulfilment is Dreieich, Germany.
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the selection of the winner(s) by random draw, to the extent permitted by law. As far as legally permissible and provided the participant is a merchant, Darmstadt, Germany is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the 'Doughnut Drop' initiative and/or these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
