Such data includes enrollment data, usage data, and records of contact with Hahnair’s Service Desk, for purposes of providing relevant information and customer services.
3. Application to HR-PAY Global
3.1 The application must be completed entirely, including the physical address of the business/entity and the email address of the appointed contact for the agency. All HR-PAY Global cards related to HR-PAY Plus must be opened in the applicant’s business or entity name. As a general rule, one HR-PAY Global account number will be assigned to a single business or entity. Issuance of a HR-PAY Global card is a prerequisite for taking part in HR-PAY Plus and for HR Loyalty Incentive payments being paid, based on spend generated with the respective and associated form of payment and as laid out in the Partner`s agreement with Glyde Payments as the issuing bank.
The agency HR-PAY Global account related to HR-PAY Plus will be opened at Hahnair’s current banking partner “Sparkasse”. The opening of an account may be subject to an identity verification. “Sparkasse” (like any other bank Hahnair choose to work with as their official financial institution) has a German banking licence and is under supervision of the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht BaFin).
3.2 HR-PAY Global account features: The HR-PAY Global card relating to HR-PAY Plus allows access to (i) funds credited by Hahnair to the HR-PAY Global account (including HR Loyalty Incentive credits) and (ii) funds Value Loaded by the Account Holder to the HR-PAY Global account (default currency ZAR). Your agency HR-PAY Global account does not constitute a savings account and is not connected in any way to any other bank account you may have. The HR-PAY Global card related to HR-PAY Plus is not a credit card. You will not receive interest on the positive balance of your HR-PAY Global account. Funds held in connection with the HR-PAY Global account are held with Hahnair’s banking partner in Germany and are covered by applicable German deposit protection arrangements, subject to potential eligibility requirements and identity verification. Hahnair does not provide deposit insurance itself. Your funds will never expire, regardless of the expiration date of your HR-PAY Global account or exit of the HR-PAY Plus card programme.
3.3 Activation: The HR-PAY Global account must be activated before it can be used. Activation occurs upon the first credit of funds to the HR-PAY Global account, whether via (i) HR Loyalty Incentive crediting by Hahnair and/or (ii) Value-loading by the Account Holder in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated by use of your HR-PAY Global card. If you permit another person and/or entity to have access to your HR-PAY Global card, we will treat this as if such use had been authorized by you. You will be liable for all transactions and potential fees incurred by those persons/entities. You are wholly responsible for the use of each HR-PAY Global card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This includes, without limitation, any losses, chargebacks, administrative fees or other costs arising from (i) misuse of the HR-PAY Global card, card credentials or any related account data, (ii) the disclosure, mishandling or compromise of any card, account or transaction data by you or any person acting on your behalf (whether authorized or unauthorized), and/or (iii) any transaction initiated by a person who obtained access to such card or data through your acts or omissions. Hahnair shall not be responsible or liable for any such chargebacks, losses or costs, except to the extent caused by Hahnair’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
3.5 Purchase of Services: Purchases as specified in Clause 5.1 will be debited to the HR-PAY Global card of the Account Holder provided the amount of the purchase is covered by the amount on your HR-PAY Global card.
3.6 Statements: All statements will be accessible in your HR-PAY Global card account. Additionally, you will receive a weekly HR-PAY Global statement informing of your account balance, clearly differentiating between HR Loyalty Incentive payments and funds loaded by yourself.
3.7 Value-loading (bank transfer):The Account Holder may actively load funds into the HR-PAY Global account at any time via local bank transfer, in accordance with the instructions provided by Hahnair and/or its banking partner. Value-loading transfers can be made in ZAR to a Hahnair-designated reference bank account in South Africa. Hahnair will then transfer and credit the received funds to the agency’s HR-PAY Global account.
3.8 Minimums and limits: Unless communicated otherwise in writing, there is no minimum amount for value-loading. Hahnair and/or its banking partner may set or change limits (including per-transaction, daily or monthly limits) where required by applicable law, banking partner requirements or risk/compliance policies.
3.9 Availability of funds: Funds are generally available for use once credited to the HR-PAY Global account; however, Value- Loads are subject to verification and may be delayed.
3.10 Prohibited loading methods: Personal checks, cashier checks and money orders are not accepted for Value-loading. Any such items received may be returned. Value-loading may be made in ZAR currency to a Hahnair‑denominated reference bank account in South Africa. Hahnair will take care of transferring the value-loaded funds to the agency`s HR-PAY Global account.
4. Client Rebate (Glyde Payments) and HR Loyalty Incentive (Hahnair); Calculation and Credit Process
4.1 Client Rebate paid by Glyde (not Hahnair): The Account Holder acknowledges that any Client Rebate linked to spend on the HR-PAY Plus card is paid by the card issuing bank Glyde Payments (and not by Hahnair) and is credited by Glyde Payments to the Account Holder’s Glyde bank account, in accordance with the agreement(s) and terms applicable between Glyde Payments and the Account Holder. Hahnair does not control, administer, or assume any liability for the calculation, timing, payment or non-payment of the Client Rebate by Glyde Payments.
4.2 HR Loyalty Incentive funded and paid by Hahnair (0.5%): In addition to any Client Rebate that may be paid by Glyde Payments, Hahnair will credit the HR-PAY Global account of the Account Holder with an HR Loyalty Incentive equal to 0.5% (subject to change in writing) of the Net Settlement Value of eligible HR-PAY Plus card transactions for the applicable quarter.
4.3 Quarterly crediting to HR-PAY Global account (process and timing): The HR Loyalty Incentive will be credited once per quarter by Hahnair to the Account Holder’s HR-PAY Global account following reconciliation based on settlement data and programme reporting provided by Glyde Payments. Hahnair will use reasonable efforts to credit the HR Loyalty Incentive by the end of the month following the end of the relevant quarter (e.g., Jan–Mar credited by end of April), provided that the relevant reporting has been received and processed correctly and duly by Glyde Payments. The Account Holder acknowledges that certain transactions may settle after quarter-end and may therefore be reflected in a subsequent quarter’s calculation.
4.4 No cash payout by Hahnair; permitted use of HR Loyalty Incentive: The HR Loyalty Incentive credited by Hahnair: (i) will not be transferred to the Account Holder’s bank account and cannot be paid out in cash; (ii) is non-transferable and non-refundable; and (iii) can be used exclusively for purchasing Hahnair products and/or tickets as set out in Clause 5.1.
4.5 Prerequisites and eligibility: A prerequisite for crediting the HR Loyalty Incentive is (i) an active HR-PAY Global account and (ii) eligible spend generated on a valid HR-PAY Plus card. Transactions not settled via HR-PAY Plus will not qualify for an HR Loyalty Incentive to be paid.
4.6 Adjustments; refunds and chargebacks: If refunds, chargebacks, reversals or other negative adjustments occur in respect of transactions previously included in the calculation of the HR Loyalty Incentive, Hahnair may net such adjustments against future HR Loyalty Incentive credits and/or adjust the HR-PAY Global account balance accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law and programme rules.

5.1 Your HR-PAY Global Card can be used for the following Services:
-Access to all ticket data produced by your office run through your assigned HR-PAY Global card (controlling, administration, statistics); and

Hahnair will issue a replacement HR-PAY Global card with new card details, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5.2.2 Authority and liability: The HR-PAY Global card remains under the authority of Hahnair at all times. The Account Holder is liable for all charges made using the HR-PAY Global card issued at the Account Holder’s request, including where the Card is used by the Account Holder or by any third party granted access by the Account Holder.
5.3 In the event that the HR-PAY Global card details are suspected to be compromised or misused, the Account Holder must notify Hahnair immediately by emailing UATP@hahnair.com. Upon receipt of such notice, Hahnair will promptly block the HR-PAY Global card and take steps to prevent any further use and/or transactions. Hahnair will also issue a new HR-PAY Global card for the Account Holder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Account Holder will be liable for all charges made against the HR-PAY Global card and any losses arising from unauthorized use of the HR-PAY Global card prior to Hahnair receiving notification except to the extent that such losses are caused by any fraudulent or negligent conduct of Hahnair.
5.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Account Holder shall remain liable at all times for the performance or non-performance of its employees, agents, servants, contractors or other third parties that it may use from time to time to manage any aspect of the HR-PAY Global card and provide related services including, without limitation, booking Services and/or making payment of any statement of charges on the Account Holder's behalf.
5.5 The Account Holder agrees to ensure that each HR-PAY Global Card Holder is made aware of and complies with the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of HR-PAY Global card contained herein.
5.6 The Account Holder shall take all reasonable precautions to keep all HR-PAY Global card information safe and secure and to prevent misuse of the HR-PAY Global card. Hahnair and other parties accepting HR-PAY Global cards shall not be responsible to enquire as to whether the holder of a HR-PAY Global card has authority to use the HR-PAY Global card, except where the Account Holder has advised Hahnair in writing of the loss of the HR-PAY Global card.
5.7 Where a refund of charges incurred against a HR-PAY Global card is permitted under the applicable tariffs, conditions of carriage or other terms and conditions applicable to the Services purchased, the refund will only be made to the HR-PAY Global card upon surrender of any tickets or other documents issued for the relevant Services and will be subject to such charges for changes or cancellation applicable to the Services purchased.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Hahnair:
Hahnair may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Account Holder’s participation in the HR-PAY Plus card programme and/or cancel the HR-PAY Global card at any time, with immediate effect, by written notice, if:

6.2 Termination by Account Holder: The Account Holder may terminate participation in the Programme by providing four (4) weeks’ written notice, effective at the end of the then-current accounting month. All outstanding obligations under this Agreement shall survive termination.
6.3 Effect of termination: Upon termination of the Account Holder’s participation in the Programme:
a) Accrued amounts up to termination date: HR Loyalty Incentives attributable to Eligible Transactions settled prior to the effective termination date remain due and will be credited to the Account Holder’s HR-PAY Global account in the ordinary quarterly credit cycle (or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter), subject to reconciliation and Clause 6.3(c).
b) No further accrual: No HR Loyalty Incentive will accrue in respect of transactions settled after the effective termination date.
c) Post-termination adjustments (refunds/chargebacks): Refunds, chargebacks, reversals or other adjustments may be processed after termination in respect of transactions made prior to termination. f) Client Rebate (Glyde Payments as the Issuing Bank): Any Client Rebate payable by the Issuing Bank (if any) is governed by the agreement(s) between the Issuing Bank and the Account Holder, and termination of this Agreement does not create any obligation on Hahnair in respect of the Client Rebate.

6.5 Cessation of use: Upon termination, the Account Holder must immediately cease any use of the HR-PAY Global card and securely delete any card details and access credentials in its possession or control. Hahnair may block or deactivate the HR-PAY Global card account with immediate effect.
6.6 Reimbursement of unused value-loaded funds: If the HR-PAY Global account is closed for any reason, Hahnair will reimburse any unused funds value-loaded by the Account Holder (i.e. funds credited to the HR-PAY Global account other than HR Loyalty Incentives), subject to verification, compliance requirements and any permitted set-off under this Agreement. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer to the originating agency bank account used for value-loading (or, where required, to another bank account in the Account Holder’s name), within a reasonable time after closure. For the avoidance of doubt, HR Loyalty Incentives are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-cashable and remain subject to Clause 4.4 and Clause 6.3(d).
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Acceptance and merchant requirements: The Account Holder is responsible for verifying, prior to ticket issuance and/or payment, whether the relevant airline, carrier, merchant and/or merchant of record accepts the HR-PAY Plus card for the applicable fare and transaction type.
