How can agencies benefit from the Glyde client rebate and HR Loyalty Incentive payments?
Both, the 0.5% Glyde client rebate as well as the 0.5% HR Loyalty Incentive are related to the spend generated with HR-PAY Plus; the more agencies use the virtual card, the more rebates and incentives they will earn.

- Jan – March: payout by 30th April; April – June: payout by 31st July; July – September: payout by 31st October; October – December: payout by 31st January.
- If a travel booking gets cancelled and needs to be refunded after being issued, the Glyde client rebates will be net of refunds and will be deducted from future rebate payments. Glyde will receive this data directly from Mastercard.
What do agencies need to provide for onboarding and how long does it take?
Agencies complete the online onboarding application and KYC with Glyde. Once the application is submitted with all required KYC documents, onboarding is typically completed within 10 business days. If anything is missing, Glyde will contact the agency to resolve it quickly.
