Our Airline Business team is seeking two new colleagues (full-time and part-time /20 hrs/week/), who will be working together on the following tasks:
- Preparing and filing contracts for all Hahn Air products
- Updating contract templates in coordination with legal department and keeping track of all signed, implemented, renegotiated contracts
- Support with specific research tasks for sales presentations and updating presentation templates in coordination with colleagues from the Marketing & Communications team
- Communication and collaboration with Marketing & Communications on: newsletters, press releases, social media posts
- Coordinating airline matters and queries from / to other departments
- Creating and updating airline profiles in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and supporting the setup of new features (ie. sales pipeline) in CRM
- Developing a wide range of reports and creating sales reports for airline customers
- Evaluating and maintaining changes in customer billing methods
- Work closely with Head of Airline Business on ad hoc requests & projects
- Updating and maintaining conference calendar, taking care of internal department notifications, coordinating requirements to improve internal processes
Dein Profil
- University degree (Bachelor), ideally in Aviation management and/or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the airline/aviation and travel industry, preferably in a similar position
- Good knowledge of data tools (Analytics, Confluence) and conventional GDSs (ideally Amadeus)
- Very good knowledge of conventional tools as MS Office and good knowledge of CRM Microsoft Dynamics
- Great ability to work in a team, communicate and collaborate in today´s digital world and willingness to learn on a day-to-day basis
- Very good self-organization and time management skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Business Fluent in English, German language skills are beneficial but not a must
