A detailed audit of the institute „Great Place to Work“ placed Hahn Air among the best employers in Germany. The award is the result of a comprehensive survey among the Hahn Air staff members as well as a thorough assessment by the “Great Place to Work” jury. Among the more than 680 companies that underwent this year’s GPTW audit, Hahn Air ranked in 6th place of all companies of its size. The award considers categories such as hiring and onboarding procedures, integration measures, development opportunities, company guidelines, benefits and communication tools.
Nico Gormsen, General Manager and one of the two owners of Hahn Air, says: „Over the last 20 years, we have developed from a small start-up venture into an international corporation with almost 300 employees worldwide.
