The tour operator President Travel and Tours entered a contract with Hahn Air Systems to enhance indirect distribution for Nepal Airlines with the product H1-Air. 100,000 travel agents worldwide will be able to book selected services of Nepal Airlines in all major GDSs under the H1 code. They can issue flights on the insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket by using the standard reservation and ticketing processes.
The flag carrier of Nepal, Nepal Airlines (RA), was founded in 1958. It serves eight destinations in eight countries from its base at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Nepal Airlines’ service between Kathmandu (KTM) and Delhi (DEL), India, is now available under the H1 code. Nepal Airlines operates a fleet of A320-200, A330-200, B757-200 and DHC-6-300 aircraft.
