Jörg Troester, Head of Corporate Strategy, Industry, and Government Affairs for Hahn Air recently attended the UATP Airline Distribution Conference in Miami.
The three-day event took place between the 19th and the 21st of March 2019 and welcomed many industry leaders who were working to find answers to distribution questions facing airlines today. Troester participated in a panel that discussed the evolution of the customer journey and how the customer experience can be further improved with innovative retail tools.
As a special gesture to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hahn Air’s ticketing business, UATP presented Troester with an airplane-shaped birthday cake that all participants of the conference got to enjoy.
“It is always a great pleasure to join the Airline Distribution Conference”, says Troester. “It is vital for our industry to hold an ongoing dialogue and exchange thoughts about challenges and future developments. We had many fruitful discussions and we will be working on integrating the results into our company strategy.
