As a
Customer Success Manager (all genders), you'll be a vital member of our client-facing team, championing our products and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our offerings. We're looking for a product specialist who is passionate about customer engagement and possesses an in-depth understanding of travel technologies and airline retailing.
This position is based in
Europe (Germany or UK) and in
North America (USA or Canada). We are hiring new colleagues in both locations.

- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities, potential clients, and markets by conducting market research and utilizing networks within the aviation industry.
- Sales Strategy: Craft, implement, and manage strategies to boost sales growth. Understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to propose effective solutions.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Engage with potential leads through direct outreach, networking events, and industry conferences, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Corporate Marketing and Communications, Product Management & Implementation) to align sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide timely reports to management detailing successes, pipeline status, and challenges.
Das bringst Du mit
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, International Business, or related field, with at least 5 years in sales or business development, demonstrating a strong record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of travel technology sales, particularly NDC platforms and conventional GDS systems, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive sales strategies.
- Skills & Communication: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and analytics tools, paired with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Networking & Teamwork: Strong networking skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Attributes: Resilient, proactive, and adaptable, with business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
