In accordance with Hahn Air's commitment to travel agents worldwide, represented by the initiative "Your Ticketing Choice - Our Commitment 2011", Hahn Air expands its line of services with the "Hahn Air College" to offer a fun and easy way to learn about its products and services.
Travel agents interested in information on how easily and efficiently Hahn Air can support their daily work will be guided by Martin, the smart ticketing agent. "Martin", the cartoon character, will lead them throughout the whole project by giving tips and advice related to main features on Hahn Air's website. Participants will explore details of services like the Quick Check tool and "Your Rooster"; and learn more about advantages of registering on Hahn Air's website or using its e-tickets, which are insured against insolvency.
For a better understanding of the facts about Hahn Air and to get a general idea about the use of Hahn Air's services, audio and video recordings are available, serving as interactive manuals explaining step by step for example how to use the Quick Check tool to verify ticketing availability on electronic Hahn Air tickets (HR-169).
Each chapter of the Hahn Air College ends with a test, which evaluates the understanding of the information, which has just been learned. All successful travel agents earn the privilege to display a certificate attesting their knowledge about Hahn Air and their qualification to work with various products and services.
The Hahn Air College will be expanded further with more chapters to come.
