Preface
Hahn Air Lines GmbH (hereafter referred to as “Hahnair”) is organising a quiz followed by a lucky draw. Owners and employees of travel agencies (hereafter referred to as “the participant” or “travel consultant”) are invited to participate until November 29th by giving the right answer on the Hahnair website. Participants will automatically qualify for the lucky draw.
I. Organiser
The quiz is organised by Hahn Air Lines GmbH, An der Trift 65, 63303 Dreieich, Germany. Hahnair is the recipient of all information and messages provided. Any questions, comments, or complaints should be addressed to Hahnair at news@hahnair.com.
II. Participation
The online quiz and participation in it are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Participation. By participating in the quiz, the participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions as binding.
The quiz is open to employees of travel agencies who confirm that the owner of the agency has granted permission to participate and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Only employees of travel agencies who are of legal age may participate in the online quiz.
The quiz is open only to travel agencies based in countries where participation in this online quiz and lucky draw is considered legal. Participants declare that their participation does not violate the laws of their country. If a travel agency operates in a country where participation is considered illegal under local law, its employees may not participate in the quiz.
Travel consultants who attempt to manipulate or interfere with the quiz in any way, or who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Participation, will be immediately excluded from the lucky draw.
Once a participant has submitted their personal data for registration by clicking the ‘submit’ button on the website, they automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
III. Announcing the Winners – No Entitlement to Win
The winner will be notified via email with details of the prize and instructions on how to redeem the voucher. The winner will also be announced on the Hahnair website and on its social media channels.
By participating in the competition, winners grant consent to the publication of their name, travel agency name, and the city and country in which their agency is located. This information may be shared in Hahnair’s newsletters, on its website, and via social media channels (e.g., www.hahnair.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Hahnair reserves the right to modify or replace the prize at any time, at its discretion, until the validity period expires and without further notice. There is no guaranteed right or entitlement to a prize.
Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties or redeemed for cash.
IV. Data Protection
Participation in the quiz is voluntary, and disclosure of personal data is optional. However, participants should be aware that participation requires the disclosure of certain personal information.Information provided for the quiz will be treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection provisions.
Data collected will only be used to identify the participating travel consultant and their agency and will not be used for any other purpose. Data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to conduct or execute the competition.
Participants consent to a possible data exchange between Hahn Air Lines GmbH, its sister companies, and its parent company, Saspo Holding GmbH, for the purpose of organising the competition. By participating, participants authorise Hahnair and its affiliates to use, process, and exchange such data.
Participants may revoke their consent at any time by sending an email to news@hahnair.com. However, revocation will result in the participant being automatically excluded from the quiz and lucky draw.
V. Disclaimer and Miscellaneous
Participation in this quiz is aimed solely at IATA travel agencies and travel consultants and is not open to consumers. Participants are not entitled to claim a prize or monetary compensation.
These Terms and Conditions of Participation are stored by the organiser and can be accessed or downloaded at any time during the competition period.
The quiz and its Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the rules and regulations of Private International Law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of fulfilment is Dreieich, Germany. The Civil Court of Darmstadt, Germany, has exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from or in connection with the online quiz and/or these Terms and Conditions.
