Foreign airlines are also the ones to greatly benefit from this partnership. Simon Riha, Hahn Air's Chief Business Development Officer explains: "Hahn Air's partnership with Sirena Travel and TCH, the major settlement system between airlines and travel agents in Russia, will bring more business opportunities for foreign airlines, whose sales were previously limited due to unique attributes of Sirena-Travel GDS. Now more than 16,000 Sirena - Travel booking terminals can sell over 60 international carriers' flights on HR-169 e-tickets."
Sirena -Travel is Russia's leading distribution system and technology provider in the air transportation and tourism industry. It started providing flight booking services and information on flight availability in July 2002. In the first phase, 60 Hahn Air partner airlines will be available through Sirena -Travel GDS; others will follow soon.
