As a
Customer Success Manager (all genders), you'll be a vital member of our client-facing team, championing our products and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our offerings. We're looking for a product specialist who is passionate about customer engagement and possesses an in-depth understanding of travel technologies and airline retailing.
This position is based in
Europe (Germany or UK) and in
North America (USA or Canada). We are hiring new colleagues in both locations.
Your Impact
- Product Expertise: Provide comprehensive guidance and support to customers, ensuring they have an in-depth understanding of our product features and capabilities, particularly in the area of NDC.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to our clients, fostering strong relationships and improving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through positive customer experiences.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Key Account Management teams to gather insights, feedback, and align on strategies that address customer needs and drive product enhancements.
- Educational Initiatives: Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops (online and onsite) to educate customers on new features and best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, translating client feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
- Retention & Growth: Monitor customer performance, develop strategies for retention and identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base.
About You
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, International Business, Marketing, or related field, with at least 5 years in a customer-facing role within the airline distribution, IT, or travel technology industry.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NDC, airline retailing, and related distribution technologies; experience with GDS systems is advantageous.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Relations & Communication: Proven ability to foster customer relationships, enhance satisfaction metrics, and convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration & Independence: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently in a multicultural environment.
- Attributes: Proactive, open-minded, and innovative approach to work.
- Language skills: Business fluent in English, any additional languages are beneficial.
