X1 (Hahnair Technologies)

Hahnair Technologies is a global consolidation service connecting airlines of any business model to all major Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) worldwide. Like its sister company Hahnair Systems, Hahnair Technologies also offers distribution services but under its own X1-Air product name.

As a result, airlines that used to have limited or no GDS connections of their own are now available either under the Hahnair Technologies reservation code X1 or under the Hahnair Systems reservation code H1. Their services can be booked by over 100,000 travel agencies in 190 markets.

Services of all Hahnair Technologies’ partners can be issued on Hahnair’s insolvency-safe HR-169 ticket. Among the services offered to airlines are GDS interfaces for scheduling, fare filing and inventory management.

Hahnair Technologies is a sister company of Hahnair Systems. Both are clients of Hahnair.

All flights marketed via X1 are available in Amadeus, Sabre, Sabre Pacific, Infini and Travelport (Galileo, Apollo and Worldspan). They can be issued on the HR-169 ticket.

Carriage and other services are provided and operated only by the respective carrier(s) shown in the document/itinerary/receipt and are subject to the contract of carriage with such carrier(s), to this notice, to any notice or receipt of the carrier(s), and to the respective carrier’s individual terms and conditions (Conditions), related rules, regulations and policies (Regulations) and any applicable tariffs, which are hereby again incorporated by reference for application and which may be obtained from such carrier(s) or from Hahnair upon request. If your carriage is by more than one carrier, different Conditions, Regulations and applicable tariffs may apply for each carrier. The Conditions, Regulations and any applicable tariffs of each carrier are, by this notice, again incorporated by reference into and made part of your contract of carriage.

Hahnair is not involved in and not responsible for carriage or other services, but only acts as an intermediary service/agent for booking and ticketing between the respective carrier and the travel agent/passenger. Hahnair’s Terms and Conditions apply.

Data Protection Notice: Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable carrier’s privacy policy and, if your booking is made via a reservation system provider (“GDS”), with its privacy policy. These are available at http://www.iatatravelcenter.com/privacy or from the carrier or GDS directly. You should read this documentation, which applies to your booking and specifies, for example, how your personal data is collected, stored, used, disclosed and transferred.

„Each Party agrees that it shall not use, i.e. copy, modify, transmit, or make any use of ticket information related to passengers of the other Party for any purpose other than those reasonably necessary to provide and account the transportation services requested by the passenger or those.Otherwise authorized by the passenger. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing shall not prohibit either Party from using such information for analytical purposes at an aggregate level. Both parties shall act in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. They shall take appropriate technical-organizational measures in order to guarantee the full compliance with such Data Protection Laws.
