disruption to air travel. The closure of key airports and airspace is resulting
in flight cancellations, schedule changes, and route restrictions. Please note
that Hahnair acts solely as an intermediary between airlines and travel
agencies. Therefore:
- For flight changes or refunds, travellers must contact the
travel agency or travel website where the tickets were purchased. These
partners will contact the Hahnair Service Desk on the traveller’s behalf. The
Hahnair Service Desk is not authorised to assist travellers directly.
- All flights ticketed on Hahnair documents are operated by
partner airlines. Conditions for rebookings, cancellations and refunds are
governed by the operating airlines’ fare rules and policies. Hahnair can
process refund and change requests only in accordance with the partner
airline’s fare conditions.
