Reisebüromitarbeiter können eine Umbuchung durchführen, wenn die folgenden verpflichtenden Regeln eingehalten werden. Eine Umbuchung für einen Passagier ist nur möglich mit der selben Fluggesellschaft, am selben Tag (oder in geringem zeitlichen Abstand zum Abflugdatum) und in der selben Buchungsklasse.
Ein Wechsel auf eine andere Fluggesellschaft ist nicht gestattet. Sobald die Umbuchung erfolgt ist, muss der Reisebüromitarbeiter das Dokument erneut ausstellen und im Endorsement-Feld den folgenden Text eingeben: "INVOL REISSUE DUE TO SC XX YYYY/DD MMM” (Flugnummer/Datum).
Beachten Sie: einige Partnerfluggesellschaften akzeptieren keine Umbuchung auf einen anderen Flug, auch nicht zum selben Datum, wenn Sie dem Passagier alternative Flugoptionen angeboten haben. Bei Unklarheiten sollte der Reisebüroagent eine E-Mail an service@hahnair.com schicken, um Details zu erfragen.
