Service requests always need to go through the responsible travel agency.
For any support regarding changes or refunds of a
purchased tickets, it is necessary that private passengers always contact
the travel agency or online travel portal where the ticket was purchased.
Should the travel agency or online travel portal require
support from Hahnair, it is their responsibility to contact the Hahnair
Service Desk on behalf of the private passenger.
