20 years after the first HR-169 ticket has been issued, Hahn Air celebrates the 20th anniversary of its ticketing business.

The Hahn Air network today consists of more than 350 air, rail and shuttle partners.

Hahn Air expands its global presence with an office in Delhi, India.

The Hahn Air Business School is founded and recognised as an IATA-authorised training centre. The school offers online and offline training programmes for travel agents on topics related to airline distribution.

Hahn Air extends its services to travel agents in markets that do not have a BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) or where tickets sales cannot be settled via BSP. Tickets are provided through so-called Hahn Air Ticket Offices. The first Ticket Office is opened in Taiwan.

The IATA initiative “Simplifying the Business (StB)” is implemented and electronic ticketing is introduced exclusively worldwide.
