Whom should passengers contact if they have any questions regarding their ticket?

Private passengers with questions or requests regarding their ticket need to contact the travel agency where they purchased the ticket.

If the travel agency informs the passenger that they need Hahnair’s assistance to solve the case, it is the travel agency’s responsibility to contact the Hahnair Service Desk on behalf of the private passenger and they need to indicate the HR-169 ticket number. The travel agency must not ask the private passenger to contact Hahnair directly.
