Therefore, the purpose of the Hahn Air Service Desk is to assists travel agents and partner carriers. It cannot provide assistance to private passengers directly.
Private passengers are entitled to receive assistance from the travel agency or travel platform where they purchased their ticket. Therefore, passengers need to insist that the travel agency contacts Hahn Air’s Service Desk on their behalf, they do not need to contact the Hahn Air Service Desk themselves.
General note: In case the travel agency or online travel portal refers a passenger to Hahn Air, the passenger needs to insist that it is the travel agency’s responsibility to support them. If the travel agency or online travel portal requires support from Hahn Air, the travel agent needs to contact the Hahn Air Service Desk on behalf of the passenger.
