What should passengers do if their travel agency referred them to Hahnair?

Hahnair is a B2B (business to business) company providing ticketing services to travel agencies and distribution services to partner carriers. Therefore, the purpose of the Hahnair Service Desk is to assists travel agents and partner carriers. It cannot provide assistance to private passengers directly.

Private passengers are entitled to receive assistance from the travel agency or travel platform where they purchased their ticket. Therefore, passengers need to insist that the travel agency contacts Hahnair’s Service Desk on their behalf, they do not need to contact the Hahnair Service Desk themselves.

General note: In case the travel agency or online travel portal refers a passenger to Hahnair, the passenger needs to insist that it is the travel agency’s responsibility to support them. If the travel agency or online travel portal requires support from Hahnair, the travel agent needs to contact the Hahnair Service Desk on behalf of the passenger.
