How can a passenger book a special assistance request (e.g. seat assignment, special meal request, traveling with pets, etc.)?

Hahn Air is not entitled to assist with baggage inquiries as these are determined by the operating carrier. Passengers need to contact the operating carrier directly or contact their (online) travel portal or travel agency.

Hahn Air only provides the ticket (= ticketing carrier), it is not the operating carrier of the flight. The contact information of the partner carriers can be found on the Hahn Air website www.hahnair.com in the section 'Partner Carriers' by visiting the profile of the respective partner.

For flights of partners of Hahn Air Systems (H1-Air) and Hahn Air Technologies (X1-Air), you can also check the travel details under mytrip.hahnair.com.
