Whom should a passenger contact in case of flight changes (departure time or date) or cancellations made by the operating carrier?

Passengers need to contact the travel agency or online travel portal where they purchased their ticket. Please note that Hahnair is not the operating carrier, it is therefore not Hahnair who changed or cancelled the flights, but the Hahnair partner carrier that operates the flight (= the operating carrier). Only the responsible travel agency or online travel portal can process the rebooking of the ticket.
