Why do the passenger’s bank account or credit card statement say that the ticket amount was charged by Hahnair?

Hahnair has agreements with over 350 partner carriers. While bookings and payments are done through travel agencies, Hahnair may appear on the credit card statement as the validating/ticketing carrier. Usually, a ticket number is linked to each transaction. The credit card or bank statement should show a 13-digit ticket number (starting with 169-… followed by 10 more digits) next to the transaction.

If the passenger is certain that they have not booked a Hahnair service via a travel agency or online travel portal, they should contact their bank, travel agency or online travel portal for further investigation.
