The service enhancement, designed to create an ADM-free environment for the network of HR Ticketing Centres, constitutes that in the unlikely event that an HR-ATC or an HR-CTC misplates on Hahn Air’s e-document, Hahn Air will not raise an Agency Debit Memo (ADM). All costs arising from such an ADM will be covered by Hahn Air.
