The Hahn Air Business School recently released its new course dates for its BSP (Billing & Settlement Plan) workshops in 2018. The one-day workshops will take place on 18th April, 15th June and 8th November. Application deadlines are 13th April, 12th June and 5th November respectively.
Participants will examine the tasks and functions of the BSP, the BSPlink, ADMs and ACMs and communications with the airline as well as how to interpret monthly BSP statements and other reports. The workshops are held in German for the German and Austrian markets.
The Hahn Air Business School also offers both beginners and advanced distance-learning courses to explain the GDS ticketing process in detail.
