Hahn Air’s Candy Kasonkomona, Director Global Account Management, recently conducted a series of workshops for around 100 travel agents in Accra, Ghana over three days. Travel agents had the opportunity to meet Candy and learn more about Hahn Air’s 350 air, rail and shuttle partners available for ticketing on the HR-169 document in their respective GDSs.
Besides that, agents discovered the H1 and 5W two letter codes which offers them the opportunity to book and issue a variety of airlines and other transportation providers which are not usually available in GDSs. The services of these carriers can respectively be booked on Hahn Air’s HR-169 document. Agents also learned about the various advantages of using Hahn Air’s services such as the 24/7 Service Desk, free insolvency insurance and the regular newsletters informing them of the latest news from the world of Hahn Air.
These workshops were held in conjunction with the GDS providers Amadeus, Travelport and Sabre.
