Hahn Air Systems announced the distribution of the Paraguayan airline Paranair under the H1 code in Abacus, Amadeus, Apollo, Axess, Galileo, Infini, Sabre, Sirena, Travelsky and Worldspan GDSs. Over 100,000 travel agencies in 190 markets can book Paranair’s services via their standard GDS reservation process and issue tickets, also via the standard ticketing process, on the HR-169 document.
Launched in 2018, Paranair is a joint-venture between Air Nostrum‘s parent firm ILAI (Inversiones Líneas Aéreas Internacionales) and Canada's Avmax Holdings. From its base at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport (ASU) in Asuncion it serves destinations in countries across South America. Its route maps currently include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.
