President Travel and Tours expands flight offering under the H1 code

Hahn Air Systems’ H1-Air partner President Travel and Tours expanded the list of its services available under the H1 code in all major GDSs by adding Buddha Air’s regional flights. As President Travel and Tours’ third operating carrier, Buddha Air gained crucial exposure that allows over 100,000 travel agencies worldwide to book its services via the standard GDS reservation process and issue tickets on the HR-169 document via the standard ticketing process.  

President Travel and Tours, a Nepalese tour operator based in Kathmandu, has provided ticketing services on domestic and international services operated by various partner carriers, including Buddha Air, Shree Airlines and Himalayan Airlines, since 1977.  

Buddha Air is a regional carrier that serves 13 destinations in two countries, including Nepal and India, with a fleet of ATR42-300 and ATR72-500 aircraft. Buddha Air is based at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu. Its flights to domestic destinations, such as Biratnagar (BIR), Bhadrapur (BDP), Bharatpur (BHR), Dhangarhi (DHI), Janakpur (JKR), Nepalgunj (KEP), Pokhara (PKR), Simara (SIF), Surhket (SKH), and to Varanasi (VNS) in India are available under the H1 code in all major GDSs.
