Cyprus Airways the latest partner to sign an interline agreement with Hahn Air that would enable ticketing on the HR-169 document in Amadeus and Sabre GDSs. As a result, travel agencies worldwide can book the airline under its own CY two-letter code and issue tickets on Hahn Air’s insolvency-safe ticket via their standard GDS ticketing process.
Cyprus Airways is the flag carrier of Cyprus and is predominantly owned by the country’s government. Originally founded in 1947, the airline was reinvented in 2016 and now serves a total of twelve destinations in seven European and Middle Eastern countries out of Larnaca International Airport (LCA). Cyprus Airways serves an all-Airbus A319-100 fleet.
