Hahn Air's guarantee follows the initiative "Your Ticketing Choice - Our Commitment 2011" and applies to all tickets conforming with the refund rules of the respective fare. According to the new policy, Hahn Air will refund the unused part of a ticket within 14 days, as long as the application is not submitted any later than 2 years after the original issuance of the ticket. Hahn Air will not charge any additional fees for this service.
