  • X1-Air does not support splitting or reduction of PNR. In such cases, please contact service@hahnair.com before taking such action.
  • When issuing a ticket with a doubled fare amount for an extra seat, a YQ charge for each fare amount applies accordingly.
  • After completing the booking, you can access the passenger`s Travel Details which can be emailed to the passenger.

  • Codeshare flights may be issued on HR-169 tickets if both operating and marketing carrier have an interline agreement with Hahnair.

  • The passenger is always responsible for checking necessary visa and health requirements prior to their departure.
  • Consider using HR e-Payment as a form of payment.
  • When issuing a multi-airline ticket, please ensure a sufficient connecting time. While the Hahnair partnership enables these carriers to be issued on one ticket, the carriers might not have separate agreements with each other. Therefore, depending on the agreements the individual carriers have with each other, private passengers may need to retrieve and recheck their baggage.
  • Issuance of public fares as IT/BT fare is not permitted
