The Promotion is organised by Hahn Air Lines GmbH. Managers and employees of airlines, hereafter referred to as “Participants” can benefit from a discount, hereafter referred to as “the Discount”, during the promotion period, April 15th until August 31th, 2021.The Discount applies to the general fees for services which Hahn Air Lines and/or its affiliated companies, Hahn Air Systems GmbH and Hahn Air Technologies GmbH, offer to the employing airline of the participant according to these Terms and Conditions.
I. Organiser
The promotion is organised by Hahn Air Lines GmbH, An der Trift 65, D-63303 Dreieich, Germany (Hereinafter: Hahn Air). Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to Hahn Air Lines GmbH through alb@hahnair.com.
II. Participation
The Promotion and your participation in it are subject to the present Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions of Participation and that these are binding. In order to benefit from the offered discount the following conditions must be met:
Note: The Discount will only be applied against the fees for services which are charged by Hahn Air and/or its affiliated companies towards the airline you are working for. The Participant does not receive any payment from Hahn Air and/or its affiliated companies and does not receive any personal financial advantage and/or benefits because of his participation in the Promotion.
In case the conditions above are met, Hahn Air will grant a discount in the amount of USD5,000 which is applied against a fee or the fees which Hahn Air and/or its affiliate companies charge towards the employing airline of the Participant.
III. Duration suspension and termination, changes to the Terms and Conditions of Participation
The period of the Promotion is from April 15th until August 31th, 2021. The Participant needs to get in touch with us within the period of April 15th – May 21st, 2021. Hahn Air Lines reserves the right to change or to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
IV. Data Protection
Within the context of the Promotion, the disclosure of personal data is voluntary. You are aware, however, that participation requires the disclosure of certain personal information. Information given within the context of the Promotion will be treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection provisions according to the EU Directive on Data Protection (GDPR).
The data will be collected by Hahn Air Lines GmbH in connection with the Promotion and processed for this purpose according to your given consent and for the subsequent contact via email and information regarding the services offered by Hahn Air. The data collected in the context of Promotion will serve exclusively for identifying and notifying the participants about Hahn Air’s services.
Data will not be transmitted to third parties.
The data collected by Hahn Air within the framework of the Promotion will only be stored until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled. Where retention periods stipulated by commercial and tax laws are to be observed, certain data may be stored for up to 10 years.
You may revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to alb@hahnair.com. With the revocation, however, your participation in the Promotion and your right to attain the Discount for the company you are working for ends automatically.
V. Limitations of liability
Hahn Air Lines GmbH is not liable for any damages unless such damages result from fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Hahn Air, or fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct of one of Hahn Air’s officers, agents, service partners or employees, or for damages to life, limb or health which were caused by negligence of Hahn Air or a negligent or wilful misconduct of one of Hahn Air’s officers, agents, service partners or employees.
VI. Disclaimer, miscellaneous
The Promotion is aimed solely at managers and employees of airlines and not at consumers.
These Terms and Conditions are stored by the organiser and can be read or downloaded at www.hahnair.com during the period of the Promotion.
Unless otherwise defined, the terms and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as used on www.hahnair.com.
The Promotion and the Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exclusion of the rules and regulations of Private International Law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of fulfilment is Dreieich, Germany. Recourse to the courts is excluded as far as possible. As for the rest, Darmstadt, Germany is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
