The operating carrier is the airline that operates the flight.
The travel agency must clearly indicate the operating carrier when issuing the ticket.
Hahnair is not the operating carrier for connections available under the H1 (marketed by Hahnair Systems) or X1 (marketed by Hahnair Technologies) code. The travel agency and the passenger can find all information about the operating carrier(s) as well as further details of booked H1-Air or X1-Air flights (e.g. flight numbers, departure times) by visiting mytrip.hahnair.com.
Travel agents can, for example, print or download the information or share with the passenger via email.
