Whom should passengers contact if they have questions while travelling on a H1-Air (Hahn Air Systems marketed) or X1-Air (Hahn Air Technologies marketed) flight?

Passengers can contact the operating carrier. The operating carrier is the Hahn Air partner carrier that operates the flight. Hahn Air is not the operating carrier for connections available under the H1 or X1 code.

Should the operating carrier not be able to assist, the passenger must contact their travel agency. If the travel agent needs Hahn Air’s assistance, it is the travel agency’s responsibility to contact the Hahn Air Service Desk on behalf of the passenger and they need to indicate the HR-169 ticket number.
