Why does the ticket say Hahn Air Systems or Hahn Air Technologies if Hahn Air is not operating the flight?

Hahn Air is a ticketing and airline distribution provider that enables travel agencies to sell transportation services of 350 partner carriers worldwide.

Hahn Air is a B2B (business to business) company. Travel agencies can use the Hahn Air document/ticket (starting with 169-…. followed by a 10-digit number) to issue flights of Hahn Air partner carriers for their customers. Payments are made by the passenger via their travel agencies.

Hahn Air Systems and Hahn Air Technologies are not airlines, the flights are operated by one of their partner carriers.

Some partners are partner carriers of Hahn Air’s sister companies Hahn Air Systems or Hahn Air Technologies and can be booked by travel agents under the codes H1 and X1.
