FAQs for Travel Agents

Is online check-in possible with a Hahn Air ticket?

Whether or not an online check-in is possible, depends on the operating carrier. Most of the partner carriers of Hahn Air Systems (H1-Air) and Hahn Air Technologies (X1-Air) require a check-in at the airport. However, some partners may allow online check-in.

Passengers can find more information on their H1-Air or X1-Air flight under mytrip.hahnair.com. They will also be able to see whether an online check-in is possible or not.

Passengers with a Hahn Air ticket that does not include an H1-Air or X1-Air flight can check the website of the operating partner carrier for the option of an online check-in.

Some airlines/ websites do not recognize the Hahn Air ticket number nor the booking code and it is only possible to check-in at the airport. If the passenger does not know the operating carrier of their flight, they should contact their travel agency or the online travel portal where they purchased their ticket.
