How can a passenger apply for a ticket refund?

To request a refund, passengers need to contact the travel agency or online travel portal where they purchased the ticket. The payment was made to the travel agency, and it is therefore the travel agency who needs to apply for the ticket refund. It is the travel agency’s responsibility to contact the Hahnair Service Desk on behalf of the passenger in case of a refund request.
