How can a passenger book a special assistance request (e.g. seat assignment, special meal request, traveling with pets, etc.)?

Hahn Air only provides the ticket (= ticketing carrier) to travel agencies (B2B). Hahn Air is not the operating carrier of the flight. As such, Hahn Air is not entitled to assist directly regarding special assistance issues. The passenger needs to contact their travel agency or online travel portal or the operating carrier directly.
