What should passengers do it they cannot travel due to PRC-test required at airport/ by operating carrier?

If passengers cannot travel due to a PCR- Test required at airport/ by operating carrier, they need to contact the travel agency or online travel portal where they purchased their ticket and request exchange of the ticket.  

It is the passengers‘ responsibility to gather information about the transportation regulations of the operating carrier and regulations at all relevant airports. In this regard, passengers are obligated to gather information related to SARS-CoV, such as required tests, immunisation certificates etc. prior to their travel.
