General note

Hahnair is a B2B (business to business) company providing ticketing services to travel agencies and distribution services to partner airlines. The purpose of the Hahnair Service Desk is to assists travel agents and partner carriers. It cannot provide assistance to private passengers. Private passengers receive assistance from the travel agency or online travel platform where they purchased their ticket.

Hahnair cannot make any changes to tickets and cannot process refund requests that are initiated by private passengers. Service requests always need to go through the responsible travel agency.

For any support regarding changes or refunds of a purchased tickets, it is necessary that private passengers always contact the travel agency or online travel portal where the ticket was purchased.  

Should the travel agency or online travel portal require support from Hahnair, it is their responsibility to contact the Hahnair Service Desk on behalf of the private passenger.
